Whatever happened to…

Remember the online movement against the Church of Scientology? They were responsible for the vid above. It was kind of cool what their movement represented. We heard of a few incidents where they hacked into the church’s databases and organizing protests in front of various Scientology headquarters. Awesome, but what happened? People against the hacker group referred to them as “bored 15-year-olds,” and said that their actions were a form of religious bigotry. Whoever these people are, they need to start where they left off. You don’t need to read up on much to find out what kind of organization Scientology really is. This could have been something really big, but has quietly died off like a common fad. Unless these kids were captured and fed to Xenu they need to get back out there and spread the word.

Election Update.

Obama vs. Clinton

Senator Obama just can’t shake off that pastor of his. He began by saying that he doesn’t agree with Pastor Wright’s views, but could not disown him because he was like a member of the family. It went away for a little while. Then Wright goes and implies that Obama is just saying that to appease voters and it’s all part of the political game. Obama has found himself in a corner, taking hits from Senators Clinton and McCain and now his former pastor. This stopped being a political campign a long time ago.

Good Morning.

Good Morning Sunshine

Another day in So. Cal. I don’t know where this picture was taken, but it doesn’t appear to be local. It’s looking like a pretty lazy day besides going to class and running a few errands. Oooh, maybe I’ll be struck by lightning today…and live! That’ll make for a very interesting story eh?

Luke and Noah.

The American Family Association (AFA) is taking action against P&G, who produces the the CBS daytime soap, As the World Turns. The show currently features a storyline that centers around a gay couple. Well, what set the AFA off was what they refered to as “open-mouthed, homosexual kissing,” and acts that promote the “homosexual agenda.” They are rounding up supporters of middle-class America to spread the word that gay people kissing is wrong and should not be seen by anyone. A pointless fight, I say because what they’re doing isn’t wrong. What the AFA should be bitching about is sex and violence on TV and movies like every other right-wing group. Leave the gays alone. Watch the scandalous clip above. WARNING: The AFA claims that it’s “repulsive.”

Hello world! Hello?

Well, this is nice. I’m walking with a noticible strut and looking around, astonished at my new surroundings. With this fresh go-go attitude, I plan to deliver funny, happy, sad, angry blogs for as long as it takes for me to forget to post. I suppose it’s like free therapy. Let me make a brief introduction: My name is Geovanni Rosales and I am 18 years of age. I live in Fountain Valley, California (Represent!) and am currently attending Orange Coast College with hopes of the semester ending soon so I can begin my summer festivities. Remember reader(’s), these are minutes of your day you are never going to get back and my goal is to entertain you before you have a chance to realize what a waste reading this is. Thank you.
